I think Cuba now has an operation Satellite relay station
so that Ships outside radio range with the home land can
relay messages via Cuba . I have started
picking up messages from the Soviet Tracking Ships (SESS)
to radio CLJ (Cuba radio call sign) but the address
of these messages are for Russia. This could be
a new satellite relay station or it could also
indicate that the SESS normally station at Sable
Island has move and that something is about to
happen the the Russian Space Program. ( The Sable Island
SESS normally does the satellite relays )
Also radio communication from mir (TLM not voice) has
stoped (since 18th APR) another indicator that the tracking ship at
Sable Island is moving. The last time this happen
was in Feb 88 when there was rumors that the Soviets
were about to launch their space shuttle.
