I have a customer with a DECbridge 510 and the crash code is 2008. I
found an article that talks about crash code 2008 for a DECbridge 900MX
that had to do with the bridge trying to access memory that does
not exist. Would this mean the same for a DECbridge 510 or am I way
off.
He is running firmware version 1.3, which is I know is old, but I
wanted to know if this crash code was seen in 1.3 and was fixed in
a later release...

In this case, the error code is the same as the 900 MX.
However, I am not aware of this particular problem on the DB 510.
