    First of all I invoke mercy for not having read Raj Jain's book......
    
    Secondly, i just need to get it straight through my head once and for
    all what relationship there is between TRT and the time any station
    can "legally" hold the Token.
    
    I mean is it the same value as the TRT or not ???
