A customer has a DEFAA (Futurebus FDDI interface) in his
Alpha4000. The DEFAA was delivered with Firmware 1.0B. He loaded
it with the latest FW from FW-CD 3.2. Now his DEFAA has FW rev
1.0 (no B)! The release notes of FW-CD 3.3 and 3.4 also mention
only FW V1.0 for the DEFAA.
How can he/I get back FW 1.0B? Is it on the net somewhere and
when will it be on the FW-CD? Is it dangerous to run on 1.0?
         greg.

    Hello,
I am working a problem like this also, is there a v1.0b that the
customer can install. My customer would also like to know what
the changes are in v1.0b from v1.0?

Thanks in advance for any help

I just entered a note asking this too (1022.25 I believe) It would
really be helpful to have an answer. If V1.0b is only in new boards and
unreleased, that's good enough, if it is available, then a pointer to
the file would be good, otherwise we're all searching and not finding
    an answer.

    Thanks,
    Mario
