    Nasa reports that they are seeing intermittent system halts on random
    systems. All are at 2.0 osf. 
    Dual adapter pmag-fd cards. 
    
    IN the var/adm log:
    ftao: halt reason
    dma error
    
    There is no core dump, nothing in uerf. The system must be rebooted. 
    
    
    I found the if_fta* patches,  but the README for this refers only to 
     DEFTA-AA, DEFTA-DA, and DEFTA-UA.. 
    
    Is this a known problem? Or should I IPMT it right away?
