    Hi,

I want to connect a server directly to DECswitch 900 EF using SAS(UTP
or Fiber). There is no FDDI concentrator. I use M port in EF to connect
    FDDI NIC(UTP or SAS Fiber).

    Is this a right configuration?

    Thanks,

    Tyrone

| Tyrone, the DECswitch 900EF will not support FDDI front port
UTP connections in either the HUB or standalone. However UTP
support does exist for a 900EF in a DEF1H (high end docking station)
where MOD PMD's types can be inter-mixed in the DEF1H.

In a tree topology, an M port in the EF to an end node (server in your
    case) would work.

You can do with a fiber SAS card.
