Is it possible to boot 4000-90 running VAX VMS 6.2 over DEFTA-FA ?

	As far as I know, the console does not support booting over any of the DEFTAs. And when the console doesn't support booting over a device, the operating systems don't add boot support either. (Both are needed.)
