I would like to replace an existing DECconcentrator 500 with a
DECconcentrator 900 to save space in a custom configuration.

The DECcontrator 500 was configured with a STP board (DEFCN-SA)
    and I don't find such a STP board for DECconcentrator 900 !

Is there such a board (or solution) for DECconcentrator 900, as
I have to keep all the cables the same ?

            Thanks,

            Bertrand.

| No, we do not produce an STP interface for the DEChub products. Highly unlikely that we ever will, either. STP has been replaced with the standards-based TP-PMD which uses 100 ohm unshielded twisted pair for its media. The connector is an 8 pin MJ. The TP-PMD interfaces we sell will also support a shielded version of the UTP cable, thus it may serve the same market as the STP config. bill | |||||
