	Is 1.4 the latest F/W for DB620 and 3.4A the latest F/W for DC500 ?
Any pointers to these ? 

	We have two DC500 units which do not speak to the console terminals
through the console ports. Has anyone seen this problem. Currently the
customer is running 3.2 F/W in the DC500 units and 1.3d in the DB620 units.
