	Is the following configuration legal and functional, if yes
	could I put also a workstation with DAS-connection in place
	of the DECswtich 900EF?

    Perfectly legal.  The concentrators are both on the dual ring and the
    DECbridge (er, DECswitch) is dual-homed to the two concentrators.  You
    can replace the DECswitch with another DAS device and accomplish the
    same thing (dual homing).
