    In note 1022.10 it states that the NISCS_MAX_PKTSZ (for OpenVMS for AXP
    V1.5 & VAX 6.0) should be set to 4468.  My question, "Is this true
    across ALL  AXP Platforms?".  I am specifically interested in the
    2000-300 platform with a DEFEA running OpenVMS V1.5-1H1.
