I have a customer who wants to run the following:
He has a FDDI ring, with VAX's and Bridges attached to WC's. Now
he wants to extend this over a 802.6 network (service offered and enforced
by PTT, they do not sell you dark fiber any more ;-))

MAN Switch------ 155 Mbps -------- MAN Switch
The MAN switch is from Alcatel. Has anybody tested such a configuration ?
Is it supported from our point of view ?
