Has anyone seen this problem?
using the OBM port on a DEFCN-DF card, the 'show line' option
comes back with 'operation not allowed without management card' -
yet the port being polled is on the same card!
The customer has 3 of these cards that exhibit the problem, all
at rev B02. He also has -CF and -EF variants that are ok.
The DEFCN is at firmware 3.1 ROM b01
