    Having read note 722, I tried to get FXFIX.A from:
    
    BULOVA::SYS$KITS:[VMS0543]   
    
    Since this directory is no longer there, can anyone tell me
    how to obtain this patch? The note says that any customer
    running VMS 5.4-3 with a DEMFA should receive the patch  -is 
    this still the case?
