I have a question on the DEC BN24E fiber patch cable. Is this cable for
FDDI only (1300nm) or is it a dual window cable that can also be used
for ethernet (DEBAM-RC to DEBAM-RC) connections ??
Cable says "DECconnect Fiber Office Cable Type OFNR (UL) 62.5/125
E102042" but says nothing about being dual window cable.
Need this in a hurry if anyone is reading this...

The Fiber Optic Planning and Config Guide on page 11-27 shows the BN24E
series of Patch jumpers as being rated at both windows.
Bandwidth 160/500MHz.Km at 850/1300nm

I LOOKED in that manual, and couldn't find the information. I didn't
look in that section however.
Thanks again.
