I have a customer who is now more than a little interested in our FDDI
product offerings. So far I have been able to satisfactorily answer
all the questions and clarified all the issues that have arisen during
our discussions bar one:
"Do we know what 3rd party vendors products (Sun, HP-Apollo, IBM...)
will interoperate with our FDDI products? What testing have we done?"
I need to pass on an answer to this question, or at least a reasoned
and credible statement.
All contributions greatfully received!

Hallo,
see the topic about the CERN Test-announcement
For the Interop'90 shows (which begins on 10 October) exitst a test
plan. They want to test interoperability with Apollo, Sun, Cisco,
Weelfleet, Fibronics, ...
Does anybody know if the results will be published here?

We have already tested with most of the major FDDI vendors. A lot of the details about that are confidential. You should talk to product management to find out what can be told to customers. paul | |||||
