	Hi all,

   my customer has signaled to me a problem between a DECnet/OSI for OSF 3.0
   and DECnet/RSX11M 4.2 during a copy.

   from osf:

   dcp rsxname/user/pass/::file_name /usr/users/xxxx

   Dcp error reading du0:[1,1]file.cmd bad format dap message received
   invalid message,control message error,block count field (blkcnt)

   from pdp11 the problem is the same.
   The customer has problem only with dcp a dls and drm work fine.
   Any idea?
