    I'm glad the credit union finally offers accounts for small businesses.
    
    Now I can deposit checks made out to "David Fingerhut Photography" 
    without mailing the check back to the customer and asking them to cross
    out "Photography" and initial the change!
    
    Will merchant's Visa deposits be next??

    I am *attempting* to get one of those accounts.  What would be nice is
    if DCU made a list describing the requirments.  each time I go back,
    I'm asked to jump through a new hoop.  each new hoop is resonable, but
    if I were told everything in advance, I could line up all the ducks and
    go there once.

    I guess mileage does vary.  I opened one in a few minutes and it went

    probably has to do with state and type of business.
    one of the hoops was providing a partnership agreement to DCU.
    while it makes good sence to have one, why DCU needs is was never
    explained.

Opened my account about a month ago. Took 15 minutes. Works fine, cost 
nothing ... very convient.
Had a smile on my face when I closed my account at my local never open when 
I need em, charge me $10.00 a month bank ...
