| | I am *attempting* to get one of those accounts. What would be nice is
if DCU made a list describing the requirments. each time I go back,
I'm asked to jump through a new hoop. each new hoop is resonable, but
if I were told everything in advance, I could line up all the ducks and
    go there once.

I guess mileage does vary. I opened one in a few minutes and it went
    very smoothly.

| | probably has to do with state and type of business.
one of the hoops was providing a partnership agreement to DCU.
while it makes good sence to have one, why DCU needs is was never
    explained.
