| | I bought a copy of Quicken recently. With the kit there is
a list of about a dozen or more institutions which are offering
online banking services. All of these services offer 1-800
    numbers.

I don't know about sending my data over the Internet, but a local
number into a bank would sure get my attention.

Actually, how much trouble would it be to write an interface
for the "DEC Easy Touch" system? Hummm.

    Steve,

DCU is field testing something that is almost exactly "an interface for
the DCU Easy Touch system" where you dial-in via an 800 number.

It's called PC Branch and its been discussed to some extent in here.

I believe they intend to make it available in early 1996, I've
even heard February mentioned as the start date.
