Just a clarification. At one time, PC loans were good only for
purchases of Digital PC's. That was changed last year. At no time
was there a requirement that the loan be used for "excess PCBU pc's".

| I think he was referring to the fact that the most popular PCs never
used to be available through EPP. Fortunately, that too has changed.
