| | * It was moved by Mr. Gransewicz and seconded by Mr. Kinzelman to
remove the Supervisory Committee Report from Executive Session. (Two in
favor: Mr. Gransewicz and Mr. Kinzelman; and four opposed: Mr. McEachin,
Ms. Dawkins, Ms. Mann, and Mr. Milbury) MOTION FAILED.
For me, the attitude expressed in this vote sums up what the election
was all about. Why should the whole S.C. Report be hidden from the
member/owners? Don't they do oversight on our behalf?

   Executive Committee

The Executive Committee approved the July 15, 1994 Executive Committee
   Telephone Vote Minutes as written.

This is the vote to approve some conferences for the Chairperson, and to
cancel all arrangements if she wasn't re-elected. I asked in August why
cancel the arrangements -- shouldn't the new Chairperson go instead?

I've presented my opinion on this elsewhere. In brief, I am very
disappointed with the quality of some of the analysis in the detailed
report.
