I received a questionaire from the DCU because I recently closed my checking account. They wanted to know why....the fees of course. Anyone else have a similar experience? - Bob

| Yea, I got one. I closed a second share draft account because (unlike a bank that I also do business with), DCU began charging fees on it because I didn't meet their guidlines on *that* account (unlike the other (main?) share account I have). On the card, if I recall correctly, there was somewhere that you could indicate you would like someone from DCU to contact you to discuss this further. I haven't heard from anyone at all and that was just after the fees started (4-5 months, I guess). To say I am not pleased with DCU about this, and most everything else that has transpired recently, would be an horrible understatement... -Andy | |||||

| Hmm... I closed two RSVP accounts in May, and I was never asked about it.
