I had the disappointment of trying to withdraw from my Credit Line
(loan 1) from a Cirrus ATM. This does not work! It used to work...
if you selected "Withdraw from Checking/Now" and you had no $$ in
your Sharedraft (share 5) account, it would take it out from your
credit line. No more!! You better have $$ in your Sharedraft
account when you travel...
I called DCU HQ on this. They say that they are working on offering
more services from Cirrus, although they didn't commit to anything.
Along the same line... Easy Touch allows you to transfer from your
Credit Line to your Sharedraft account. I tried this, but it didn't
work either! It's transaction code 5, I think. Easy Touch said
"you are not authorized to perform this transaction". On this problem,
DCU HQ said that it should work, and they are working on it. Apparently
this function has not been officially announced.
If they fix Easy Touch, I would be able to call the toll-free Easy Touch
number, transfer from my Credit Line to Sharedraft, and then use a Cirrus
ATM to withdraw from my Sharedraft. Complicated, but at least I'd have
access to the credit line from anywhere.

Response to 223.0
DCU's recent ATM on-line "switch" has raised questions
about accessing credit lines via ATM machines. Members
may transfer funds from their CRT or Home Equity Lines
of Credit at any Easy Cash24 machine. However, we are
experiencing difficulties offering this service at
network ATM machines.
At this time, we are working with our network affiliates
in an effort to resolve the issue. DCU will notify
members when the service becomes available.
Members may transfer funds from their CRT or Home Equity
Lines of Credit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using our
EASY TOUCH audio response system (press "#" after each
command):
PRESS #5 as transaction code.
ENTER THE LOAN SUFFIX you would like to transfer from
(check your last statement if you are unsure of the
suffix number).
ENTER THE SHARE (SAVINGS NUMBER) SUFFIX you would like
to transfer to.
ENTER THE DOLLAR (TRANSACTION) AMOUNT.
ENTER YOUR SECURITY CODE TO CONFIRM THE TRANSACTION.
Your transferred funds will be immediately available in
the share account specified.

I think she meant "the number 5" and not the number sign,
followed by a 5.

Well, since the directions say to follow every command with a
pound sign, then what she really really meant was just 5.
