|  | Jim,
	All you need is you photo DEC badge, Social Security Number, and
$5 if you are going in person. If you fill out a card and mail it in then
the card will tell you all the info you need.

| | From VRO you can go to the office at PKO or BUO and ask for the card(s)
    to open an account. If you can't get to either of these branches, call
    DTN/223-8444 (Phone Ctr.) and ask them to mail the card(s) to your
    home.

    I think at one time there used to be a DCU representative that would
    go to some sites that did not have an office. You could find out
    if this still happens.

| 156.4 | Do you have a personnel forms area? | NEWVAX::PAVLICEK | Zot, the Ethical Hacker | Fri Feb 24 1989 09:53 | 7 |
| | In our facility (DCO), there is a location where copies of standard
    personnel forms (medical forms, relo benefits forms, etc) can be
    freely picked up. This area also has the standard DCU forms.

    If you facility has a place like this, you might want to check there.

| 156.5 | Try calling DCU | IAMOK::DEVIVO | Paul DeVivo @VRO, DIS/DT, 273-5166 | Fri Feb 24 1989 12:24 | 9 |
| | The DCU is in the phone book. Call them and tell them what you
    want to do. They will give you some options on how to get it done.

    Yes, there used to be a visiting DCU rep who came to VRO. Ask the
    main receptionist about it. The usual scenario is you leave your
    name and phone number. On the day they visit, they call you and
    say they can see you then. You go and conduct your business. Kinda
    like being able to buy stamps from your rural letter carrier right
    at your home.

| | If you work in the field (such as myself) you can also arrange
    to have your expenses directly deposited to your account...
    I don't have the DEC contact for doing this, but someone in here
    will know.

    Good Luck!
