| Just to close the loop on this one. FIS is the culprit! FIS'ed systems
are shipping with the -r flag for the /usr domain and not for the root
domain! See DECWET::ADVFS_SUPPORT Note 330 for details.

| Thank's for the update Ram. Add this to the long list of FIS
oddities. It's no wonder the majority of FIS users immediately reinstall.
