    I have a customer that seems to get x400mail error intermittenly
    during a number of functions is TL; such as, Printing, Creating
    Mail, Reading Mail, Moving messages, etc...  However, when the
    user chooses to Ignore the message goes away and they are able
    to continue whatever task they started.  The user will get
    me a log file asap. ( I will post at that time).  
    
    Why would TL flash an X400mail error if it were possible to
    ignore and the user continue to work?  What is the origin
    of the x400 Mail errors and what gives TL the ability
    to ignore?
    
    I know this is a strange request.  The customer was pretty
    convincing that this question be answered.

    I forget to include this version information.  The site
    is using TL V2.7-01 (will pull off the internet and install today)
    and Mailworks/unix 1.7-02

    We're not aware of wild crashing all over the place in V2.7. Although
    it has been noted that some buggy video drivers seem to cause Visual
    Basic/TeamLinks problems. Upgrade of video drivers usually fixes the
    problem.
    
    Is it happening on every PC? Are all PCs alike? Are all running the
    same operating system?  etc.
