    Customer wanted me to let engineering know (no formal report but just
    FYI) he has a 33 mhz system and he installed eco2 for 2.7.  Since 
    eco2 it takes about double the amount of time to go into the "Create
    Message Window" than before eco2.
    
    He said he does not know if this will be true on his more robust
    systems but did want to let us know it slowed down the speed 
    considerably.
