Hi,
Mailworks for Unix Engineering has created a patch that fixes some
problems with the 6161 (connect) process hanging in Mailworks for Unix.
However, in TL 2.7 and TL 2.5 if a user is connected to the server and
a hang occurs the TL user gets an hour glass for about 30 minutes. Is
there a setting in Office.INI or something you can do from Team Links
to allow a graceful disconnect after a short amount of time (5 minutes
or less)?
Thanks,
Angela

Angela,
For V2.7 you can select Exit from the File menu when you are hung due
to a network client read. It warns you that you have network I/O in
progress and if you say OK it will cancel the I/O. After you
disconnect you should be able to connect again or you can exit
TeamLinks without disconnecting.
