Hi, Teamlinks Windows 2.7 running on NT client 3.51,
after invoking TL, notice that there is always 1 count for the
wastebasket folder (which actually has zero message), when try
expanding it, it would reset the count to zero.
Closing and re-opening the drawer, the count 1 will come back
to the wastebasket folder.
What causes this problem ? How to resolve it?
Please advise.
Regards,
HS

| 2151.3 | use DWM >reset all | ZPOVC::HINSIONGTAN | Mon Apr 28 1997 00:38 | 11 | |
Hi, I managed to reset the counters using the methods below:
$DMW
DWM > reset folder wastebasket mail
(It told me can't find folder wastebasket not exist ???,
anyhow, I tried this..)
DWM > reset all
DWM > exit
And It works.
