My customer is now complaining about the fact, that this problem
won't get fixed in a 2.5 ECO. He has to do the upgrades on the PC's
manually an accuses Digital being careless about these - his - problems.
Can you definitively tell me that there won't be an 2.5 eco fixing
this problem?

| You won't find me giving definitive answers about anything! I always
like to be evasive - give a partial answer and then run for cover.
I'll see if I can find an TeamLinks ECO professional to respond, but
I doubt there would be another V2.5 ECO and doubt even more that it
would be translated.
However, that's just my vague opinion,

| Engineering will not be shipping any more ECO's for TeamLinks V2.5.
TeamLinks V2.7 shipped a year ago and is currently at ECO 1 and
ready to ship ECO 2 and V3 is scheduled to be shipped this summer.
I will check to see if there is an ICF available
for this problem.

This sounds remarkably like the problem that IOSG Engineering
found and resolved in Sep-96. This required files can be located at:-
