    I recently encountered a problem with installing ECO 1 patch for
    Teamlinks Mail version 2.7.  This patch would install fine locally, but
    would not on a Shared copy of Teamlinks on a server (Netware 3.11
    server).
    
    The customer seemed to have full rights to the Teaminks directory and
    all of the files, but the setup error was - 
    
    	Initializing 2.7 Patch kit...
    	followed by the error - Teamlinks v2.7 not found
    
    At which point setup fails miserably...
    
    It appears that this patch installs fine when using the SUPERVISOR
    account, though an equivalent account with equivalent rights was not
    good enough.
    
    Be aware.
