| I have one site with 3 alphas and one vax (cluster). She has
defined 3 alphas and one vax with the oa$aida_x500_no_soundex =1
logical and only one of the Alphas will not return the proper
lookup values from TL. However, this particular alpha will return the
proper lookup values from the VT.
Any ideas?
Does she have to reboot or restart anything on the server or the client?

You should only have to restart AIDA on that node.
In what way is the lookup failing? Is it consistent with the logical
not being obeyed?
VT uses a different control for soundex.
