I've recently purchased a SNIPE and am interested in contacting
the SNIPE Class Int'l Racing Assoc. Does anyone know how to
contact the BOSTON/MASS/N.England representatives ???

The USYRU 1986 YEARBOOK and SAILBOATS '86 by "Yacht Racing & Cruising" magazine give the following address and phone number for the Snipe Class International Racing Association: Snipe Class International International Racing Association Lowry Lamb, Secretary Privateer Road Hixson, TN 37343 615/877-6387 Certainly Lowry should be able to help you but more locally you might check with the Medford Boat Club on Mystic Lakes (located in Arlington I think).
