I am a member of the UK TSG and thought you might be interested to "plug-in"
to what we're doing.
It's relatively early in development but our TSG web pages are at :-

You can find the skills matrix, contact names and competency circle (CCs)
references which might help in your hunting for information in specific
areas. The CCs are being set up in line with the 9 market segments of 1-3-9
strategy.
These web pages have been put together very recently in something of a hurry
to get something moving. I am helping to drive this area to incorporate many
more things such as individual home pages for TSG staff, re-usable content of
the "stuff" we generate during our work (to save re-inventing the same wheels
etc.). I hope we can make the pages a little more structured and interesting
along the way too !
