Greetings Folks,
This is a simple question, but I need the "dcecp" library, is
it possible to get one? I am trying to write a "Tcl/Tk" app and
am coding it in "C" but would like to "embed" the "dcecp" interp-
reter but currently , it is impossible to do so?
The reason is I want some other "extended" Tcl intrepreter in
my app, and all the Tcl extensions do come with a library
	so that I can do a "app_initInterp".

My other thought was to execute
"dcecp -c dcecp_initInterp" but looks like it is not
yet implemented, even though the OSF command reference AND
out man pages say it is available. So I guess I am stuck?
	is there a way out?
	Thanks
	Mohan
