944.0. "Alpha %PCA-I-NODATACOL upon invoking PCA V4.3-4" by CSC32::D_SANFORD () Tue Feb 04 1997 15:46
    OpenVMS Alpha 6.2
    PCA Collector Version V4.3-4
    PCA does not allow collection of data, same problem as noted in note
    726.* in this conference, no replies. Sample run:
      $ DEFINE LIB$DEBUG SYS$SHARE:PCA$COLLECTOR.EXE
      $ RUN TEST
                PCA Collector Version V4.3-4
      PCAC>
      %PCA-I-NODATACOL, exiting with no data collection phase
    This is a large application, when we just link his MAIN there is
    no problem. There are over a 1,000 object modules involved here.
    The system (Alpha) has 1.5 GM memory with SYSGEN VIRTUALPAGECNT
    2,000,000 pagelets, UAF PGFLQUOTA 2,000,000 pagelets.
      $ SHOW PROCESS/ACCOUNTING
       Direct I/O count: 403 Peak virtual size: 233392
    The application is written in Fortran and C, it is a server using
    TCP/IP.
    This customer purchases premium services, so this could become a hot
    issue. I can give this a couple days, then I use IPMT to elevate
    this.
    Any ideas?

Are they entering any commands - like GO for example ? You get this
message if you exit the Collector without collecting any data.

This sounds familiar ;-)
