They include COMMON LISP, CLOS (Object Lisp), CLUE for building interfaces,
and lots of LISP machine-like features. Fantastic support.

Miranda was developed by Research Software Ltd. Release 2 of the language
is available on the following machines running UNIX - VAX, Sun 3, Sun 4,
Sun 386i, DECstation 3100 (don't know about qualification on DS5000), MIPS,
Apollo, ORION 1/05, Sequent Symmetry, HP9000/300.
According to the manufacturer, Miranda Release 2 "is a major new release
incorporating *parametrisised modules*, *local polymorphism*, *unbounded
precision integers*, and a substantially faster implementation" (italics
theis, not mine).
License fee per CPU is $750 for edu, $2750 for commercial users (UK prices
are #460 edu and #1575 commercial). Prices valid until 9/91. Network
licensing terms available "on enquiry" (those Brits - you gotta love 'em;
right Andy?).
