    We are having a problem with the DISPATCH macro in VAX/MACRO.  When
    we use the macro with too large a vector list, the MACRO assembler
    crashes with an access violation.  The offending instruction is
    a REMQUE.
    
    Is anyone out there familiar with this macro and this particular
    problem?  More to the point, has anyone got a version that works
    with large vector lists?
