OpenVMS Alpha V6.1, A3300
DEC Fortran V7.0-6 compiler installed
While trying to install the patch FORRTLAVE01070 with PCSI the customer
gets the following error:
%PCSI-E-REFUNA, Product DEC AXPVMS FORRTL V7.0-1 is required by DEC
AXPVMS Fortran V7.0-1...
The customer uses the following command:
$ PRODUCT INSTALL FORRTL/SOURCE='[location of the .PCSI file]'
What does it mean ?
Thanks for help.

It's a bug in PCSI, complaining that it doesn't want to remove the "old
version" of FORRTL because FORTRAN wants it, even though it is about to
install a newer version. The customer should tell PCSI to go ahead
anyway. I think this was fixed in VMS 7.0.
