In dxladebug 4.0-26 and 4.0-29:
Options->Customize allows me to customize my pushbuttons. The options "General
Attributes", "Source View", and "Callstack View" are constantly greyed-out. I
can't find any way to enable these items: running under fuse, having different
windows open, etc. I also can't find any documentation relating to this feature.
If these items are not yet implemented, don't grey them out -- just don't show
them. If they are implemented, either I don't know how to get to them or
they're broken.
