	OpenVMS VAX V7.1
	DEC C V5.5-002

	The OPCDEF module in SYS$STARLET_C.TLB does not compile cleanly,
generating a "%CC-W-ALIGNPOP" message.  Is this generally true, or did
I just stumble upon two anomalous systems?  Is a formal QAR needed?

	Example:

$ create alignpop.c

$ cc/noobject alignpop
$ exit

	DEC C does not own the Starlet_c.tlb. On 7.1 the headers are no longer generated from starlet.mlb. Instead they are provided by VMS. I entered a Qar for you on trifid: QAR 135 in database VAX-RAVEN (It seems that they are no longer accepting entries for Griffin, so I entered it against Raven.) --val
