    OpenVMS Alpha V6.2, DEC C 5.2

    What is the option name used by setsocket to mark a socket as blocking 
    (make "accept" blocks the caller until a connection request is present) ?

    I See in the manual SO_KEEPALIVE, ... but no block option.
