Hello,
I have some correction to the previous note entries.
Decmailworks v1.3a-3
VMS 5.5-2
TGV multinet v3.5b
Teamlinks v2.1
Customer will be going to exchange however he wanted to know if there
was anything he could do for the problem they have at their site.
The customer says every two months the A1mail$connect process will go
away. Starting the A1mail$connect process will bring it back. They have
seen network errors at this site. He wanted to know if we can tell from the
A1mail$connect.dmp file if the network errors are related , and if
there is something he can do to correct the problem, or is this a
problem they will have until they go to exchange.
The A1mail$connect.dmp file is located on Grits in the Grits::
directory.
Thanks
Tommy Williams

FYI: The process dump cannot be looked at without the SDA information
that is gathered when DMW$COLLECT_INFO.COM is run.
I suggest that if this is a priority for your customer, the best way
to get an answer would be to submit an IPMT case.
