Hi,
Whenever a user tries to delete a message (all users) they get the
message %A1MAIL-E-INVMSGNUM, Invalid message number 1 is generated.
What causes this for all users. Looked at UAF records, deleted
profiles, checked protections but nothing seems to help.
Thanks,
Angela Stover

Check the dates of the images? It sounds like there may be
an image ident mismatch.
One way to do this is to:
- $ COPY A1MAIL$LIBRARY:DMW$COLLECT_INFO.COM filename.com
- Edit filename.com
> Search for the string: Collection information about MUAS.
> Just before this line, add the line:
$ exit
- Execute the new command procedure
- NOTE: the new file will be located in
A1MAIL$LIBRARY:DMW$COLLECT_INFO.DAT.
There will be no saveset created!
- Search for the section that gathers the image information.
Images sections include:
-> 1. Version of MAIN images
-> 12. MailWorks images that are INSTALL 'ed
-> 13. MailWorks images that are not installed.
Each new section starts with the string: ->
-diana
