Hi,
I couldn't find a cake decorating conference so I hope this is OK in here.
I was looking at a book this weekend with cake decorating ideas from Australia.
One of the ideas was done using 'Jellywork'. Has anyone heard of this?
The decoration was a picture that looked sort of painted on, although it had a
jelly like look, (sort of wet looking and transparent) and also looked a bit
textured, not flat like it had been painted.
Any ideas?
