MERRIMACK, NH HIGH SCHOOL OFFERS ADULT EDUCATION TYPE COOKING CLASSES.

    
    If someone checks out their offerings, how about posting
    their classes/times here in the conference? I believe
    there is quite a bit of interest in such classes, since
    I am asked often about where one can find them.

    and spring, and weekend cooking workshops out of a B&B in Jefferson NH.
    in the White Mts.

    Spring course in Hollis is "Oriental Delights" -- wok cooking
    
    Fall semester is "Sinfully Delicious & Healthy" -- low fat & cholesterol
