	Square...

|  |     I purchase mine at Purity Supreme in Acton, Ma.  It is found at the end
    of their pasta aisle as it is recommended for making pasta.  A 3 lb bag 
    was 3.19.

	Got some from East-West okay. I remembered after entering the
	note that there's a fair amount of semolina in Indian cookery
	so called in. The lady was very helpful. And 99� for 2lbs...
	Mind you, it's a bit far from Acton...8^)}

|  |     Sounds like you may want granulated semolina if you're making pudding--
    same as couscous.  Most large grocery stores carry the Near East brand.
