| 3788.1 | how to cook/use them | ASABET::TRUMPOLT | Liz Trumpolt - 223-7195, MSO2-2/F3 | Fri Apr 23 1993 12:56 | 12 |
| | If these cutlets are the same as the weaver chicken cutlets that you
can purchase at the supermarket than all you have to do to cook these
is either deep fry them or put them on a cookie sheet (like you do
fishe sticks) and bake them for about 20-25 minutes or until done. You
can use these to make veal parmagian. Just place the cutlet(s) in a
baking pan, place the cheese and sauce on top and bake in the oven till
done. You can also either bake or deep fry them and make sandwhich's
on bulkie rolls with lettuce and tomato.

    Enjoy,

| | You can also pan fry them in about 1/4" oil on med. high for about 5 minutes
each side. I like to melt a little provolone on them, put some thinly sliced
onion on, a little pasta sauce and served on lightly toasted rye bread!
Good for a quickie!

| | I have bought these at Sam's Club before and what I do is brown them in
alittle olive oil on the stove and then place them in a baking dish with
some left over spaghetti sauce, put sauce on the bottom of the dish,
place the veal patties and then cover them with more sauce and
motzerella cheese on top. Place in the oven at about 350 degrees until
the cheese is melted and the sauce if hot and bubbly. Serve with some
pasta and some garlic bread on the side! This is a really tasty dish
and it's really fast and easy to prepare on those busy weeknights!
