    Anyone have a recipe for chocolate covered easter eggs with 
    a filling made of a mashed potato and confectioners sugar
    concoction?  Another delicious filling is with peanut butter?
    
    When I was young one of our family members used to make these ..
    they were delicious.  I haven't been able to find the recipe.
