Whats a gipsy tart?
I remember pizza burgers and Jello with things in it from school, but
never heard of Gipsy Tarts.

Well its a pud we have at school in the U.K.
Pastry base with a real sticky sweet mousse-like filling, other than
that it's *indescribable*!
We had it for lunch today at Shire Hall, Reading.
